These are the frequently asked questions for Andy's stolen cartoon collection. They were established a few years ago and last updated on 22/August/2008. Please let me know if you think anything is wrong or missing.

• Is this site free

  Indeed it is and I hope that I can keep it like that for a very long time

• Do I need a password

  No, I have removed the passwords a long time ago. You now only need a password to access the extended session limit in the latest stuff section

• My "latest stuff" password doesn't work

  That can have many reasons. Make sure that you type the password exactly as you see it on the screen and do not use any upper case letters. Do not use an old password or one from an other system. If you think that you have done everything right and it still doesn't work email me the exact wording of the error message that you got and I'll try to work out what happened.

• I'm getting document contains no data

  That means the server is extremely busy. Just check back some other time.

• Your site is not available at all

  This is serious issue. It means that my hosting service is down. Please let me know so I can chase it up with my providers.

• Where do I direct my comments to

  just email me

• What are the ads for

  They help me to cover at least part of my costs. You are not required to click on them in order to see the cartoons and there are not many ads left.

• They pictures that I've sent you are not on the pages yet

  I have a huge backlog of new pics and it takes a while to process them.

• Why aren't you answering my mail

  I run this website in my spare time and would have to use my entire free time to answer all the mail. My apologies if it takes a while to get back to you.

• Some of your pages are re-loading very slowly

  This is most likely a temporary problem. Please try again later and and let me know if the problem persists.

• Can you bring back the banned pictures

  I wish I could. I lost my site twice already and I really don't want to risk loosing it again. It's just too much work to get it back to what it was before. If you can't go on without seeing those pics email me and I'll let you know where you can find some.

• Your site looks screwed - everything seems squashed

  I am trying to make this site work on as many devices as possible but there are still some pages that I have not converted yet. Please let me knowif you come across any pages that do not work for you.
